Relatar – 2023/2024

For over 15 years, Relatar has created solutions that simplify and enhance the efficiency of their clients’ lives in all aspects. To match new business perspectives, they decided to develop a new line of products and refine the current brand. As a result, we implemented a new design system.

Design systems are always a work in progress and should be updated whenever needed. This is also the basis of the development process for new systems and features, guiding the designers and developers to achieve the common experience expected by the company for their users.

The primary focus in creating this system was to readapt the company’s brand to meet new market needs and to develop the branding for each new product within the Prime line, the new family of applications. This endeavor aimed to reflect the simplicity and modernization the company has achieved, which would then be applied to the company’s institutional webpage.

The second major task involved gaining a comprehensive understanding of all products, including their specifics and common components, as well as configuring different product brands with their specific color themes for development process.

Relatar – 2023/2024

The Gerencial Prime is the new ERP system developed by Relatar. Designed to replace the current ERP software based on the Windows operating system, the Gerencial Prime now brings all the advantages of a web application to all types of customers and companies.

The biggest challenge in this project was simplifying the workflows from the previous software, which has been on the market since the company’s start in 2008. The goal was to establish a common usage method for the new ERP across different operations, significantly reducing the effort required for users to adapt to a new system and way of working.

This ERP is also connected with a new line of applications that embody the same idea of simplifying processes, providing a better user experience, and offering more flexibility to users. This is the Prime line of software from Relatar.

Health Care Monitoring System

BEWATEC – 2021/2022

The primary aim of this project was to enhance the support provided to medical staff by centralizing patient monitoring and anticipating patient behavior.

The system delivered critical information and alarms to nurses, enabling them to make informed decisions quickly and accurately. Additionally, we are focusing on automating and documenting recurring tasks to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

Another key aspect of the project involves managing and tracking assets such as hospital beds. These assets should be easily locatable, with their statuses visible and changeable in real-time. They must also be programmable, with service data readily accessible to facilitate predictive maintenance.
